Warranty Policy for DigiWorld Solar (www.dwsolar.in)

This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to solar panel installations and certain products (collectively, “Products”) provided by DigiWorld Solar (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Warranty Coverage
We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [duration of warranty] from the date of installation (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty covers:
- Defects in the solar panels themselves.
- Defects in the workmanship of the installation.
- Inverters (may have a separate warranty depending on the manufacturer).
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the Products.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance of the Products.
- Damage caused by acts of God, such as lightning, wind, hail, or other natural disasters.
- Damage caused by power surges or other electrical problems.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs to the Products.
- Products sold “as is” or “with all faults”.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact us by email at info@dwsolar.in or by phone at +91- 8826171768 within the Warranty Period. You will be required to provide a copy of your sales receipt and a description of the problem.
Our Responsibility
If we determine that a Product is covered under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. We will be responsible for all costs associated with repair or replacement, including labor and materials.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DIGIWORLD SOLAR, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
OUR SOLE LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS OR THIS WARRANTY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. You are bound by any revisions to the Policy.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
